Best telly for me this year

Two celeb's from different backgrounds and in later life go out and enjoy each others company while fishing round England, Their new year was spent in Scotland and, it was obvious to me that it was shot in Summer but did't spoil the enjoyment for me,,

Good telly was hard to find, what was yours ?

Have to agree with you there, it's one of those shows where nothing really happens but you feel like you are sitting with them just listening to two good mates having great banter and fun. The excitement when they land a fish is contagious and then place it gently back in the water and "off you go". It's definitely one of the best programs on tv and every time Bob falls AOH I roll with laughter ( know that's not PC) but one you always remember to set the recorder for.

Love Paul and Bob . So much so l bought the box set of dvds . Easily the best show on TV .
I've pretty much sacked the telly now . The pc BBC hack me right off and the endless woke adverts on the other channels are even worse .
My plan now is not to renew the licence fee and instead spend the money on dvd movies .
I reckon physical media is about to make a big return .

An excellent and easy to watch program,even my wife never misses an episode.Just two blokes having a good time.

Ha Ha You're right Peter They'll be along shortly with the safety aspect, Two old men wading about in a river of fast flowing cold water, One of them can't stand up straight on solid ground And they throw maggots in the water with no thoughts or concerns for the maggots safety, at all,,,,,,

And the jokes they do, surely taking the mickey out of Ted is offensive to other animals and I won't even mention his colour,,,

I wish was at the waters edge now.
